Return & Exchange Policy

Nutraxin Pakistan believes in complementing its customer experience with clear and transparent policy of Return and Exchange. Our beloved customer is permitted to apply for return and exchange after receiving his/her order. 

FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE IMPLIED UPON R&E:

• Claim for return and exchange must be done within 1 day of receiving order (i.e. within 24 hours) 
• The product must not be misused by the customer in case of return and exchange 
• The order shall only be applicable for return and exchange if INCORRECT or DAMAGED or EXPIRED parcel has been shipped mistakenly
